RATIONALE
It is an expectation at LaSalle Catholic College Bankstown that every student will be able to spend the day both in and out of the classroom free from any form of intimidation and bullying. (Issues around this policy are addressed in the Countering Harassment Policy)
The school recognises the rights and responsibilities of all students:
1. to feel safe at all times;
2. to be happy and contented in their time at school each day;
3. to know that the school is a place of non violence;
4. to show care, concern and respect towards all other persons;
5. to be able to talk to someone about problems around bullying.
